Leading Nigerian travel company Skymiles selects Final Quadrant’s SuiteCase to launch first B2B travel portal in Nigeria
Final Quadrant Solutions, a leading travel technology solutions provider has implemented its innovative SuiteCase SAAS model for Nigeria based Sky Miles, unique travel & tours company and enabled it to become what is thought be the first B2B travel portal in the Nigeria.
SuiteCase SAAS (Software as a Service) will allow SkyMiles to aggregate travel content (air, hotel, car & packages) from various 3rd party travel suppliers like Galileo, Sabre & Tourico Holidays etc and distribute it through multiple selling channels (website, call center & sub-agent) thereby automating the entire search to fulfillment cycle. This innovative solution from FinalQuadrant will enable Skymiles to manage its growing sub-agents and will allow them to open their own online travel account to manage flights, hotels & cars, issue tickets & hotel vouchers receive invoices and make the payments. Their account can be seen only by them thus providing them with total control and privacy.
Within few weeks of launch SkyMiles was able to cater to more than 200 online sub-agents. Skymiles MD Khais Sait expects the number of online agents to increase by about 500 in the next six months with the launch of the new booking engine.
